A list of item's we allow to be picked up by our clients at our location.
We now require a card on file for customer pick ups. We will not charge the card unless item does not get picked up, canceled within 7 days of the scheduled booking or picked up outside the stated pick up times.
Failure to notify us about cancelation or failure to pick up item(s) will result in FULL payment due immediately of the TOTAL amount OWING.
This procedure requires for the rentee to pick up the item's, setup and tear down themselves, and return to us by the stated time.
The inflatables are expected to be returned in the same state as they go out. Cleaned and rolled properly.
A reroll fee of $25.00 will apply to inflatables needing to be rerolled upon return.
Pick ups occur at the following times:
Saturday between 9am-10am
Sunday between 9am- 10am
They must be returned between the following times:
Saturday between 6-8pm
Sunday between 6-8pm
* We will try and arrange pick ups to occur the night prior to if capable
Example Pick up Friday evening - Return Saturday Evening
**Pick up Sunday morning- Return Monday
