Cancelation Policy

PLEASE READ!!
Private Events: (Birthday parties)
PEI Inflatables requires at least ONE WEEK (7 days)notice of cancellation to avoid any amount due*.

If cancelled between two-to-seven days of scheduled event, rentee will be required to rebook for a future date and pay the full amount of the booking when rebooking for a future date OR pay 50% of total cost (minus any travel fees).

If cancelled within 48hours of scheduled event rentee is required to pay FULL AMOUNT of total due (including any travel fees, damage waiver and HST).

Large Events (3+ ITEMS), Public Events Organized Events :
Minimum14 Days for full refund/ no amount due.
If cancelled within 14 days of schedule event- FULL AMOUNT DUE.

Tent Rentals: minimum 14 days for full refund MINUS 20%.

SICKNESS/COVID/ ISOLATION:
We know things do come up in which we can't control (ex- sick children) therefore we offer a "second chance" booking in which instead of being charged, we re-book for a future date - FULL AMOUNT DUE UPON REBOOKING- nothing due on the day of the event. Failure to re-book will be subject to full charge.

We look forward to continuing our service's without requiring a deposit and this is all thanks to our loyal customer's.
If we find people wish to cancel and not commit to these terms above- We will be required to change our service's to require a deposit.


Canada Day- we REQUIRE full payment prior to setup. NO REFUND will be issued in the event of bad weather.

Weather Policy

PEI Inflatables reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to severe or imminent of weather conditions. You will receive a full refund (if paid prior to) and notice if we cancel due to weather. There will be no refunds or reductions in price due to foul weather once the unit is setup.

If calling for a chance of showers- we don't call until the risk is 65% or higher- where we will then work with rentee to make a decision.
Our weather is diverse all across the Island therefore we ask that you leave it until a minimum of TWO DAYS prior to before contacting us to book or reschedule.
We try to be proactive in rescheduling events prior to the day of- as we typically have a very busy day. We ask for your assistance and patience in terms of weather.

*NEW 2022* Day of event bad weather:
This is strictly only applicable if our team has tried to reach out prior to the schedule event and make alternate plans due to bad weather forecasted to occur during your event with us.

Any payments that were received via E Transfer will now be subject to a "raincheck" if the rentee decides to hold off until the same day as their event in hopes of good weather to occur (when bad weather was forecasted and our team reached out prior to).
We call this a "raincheck policy" which gives you the full amount of E-Transfer you sent to be used with us at a later date.
No refund will be issued via E-Transfer on any events that wait until same day of event to cancel when our team has tried to arrange alternative plans as we would have to pay staff to be on call for these events.

With the only exception to Canada day (July 1st) or large scale events over 1K in sales - Full payment due upon booking. No refunds or credits will be issued in event of bad weather. It is the rentee responsibility to have a back up plan for bad weather and large events.
