Hour 1 – Gym Time FUN

Hour 2 – Party Room Time
• Dedicated party room

• Want the gym for the full 2 hours? $100 upgrade

Here the run down of how it works - we require a non refundable $75 deposit to hold the date and time and the remainder is do the day prior to event.

Entrance - walkway just up from the staff parking lot through staff doors
Please note the facility has two sets of stairs and at this time no elevator.

Arrival & Timing
• Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your event start time.
• We schedule a 10-minute transition period between groups, so all parties must end exactly at the booked end time.
• Rooms must be fully vacated at the end of your rental so the next group can enter on time.

Rules & Guidelines

Cleanup Warnings
• Gym Users: Staff will give a 5-minute warning to begin tidying and returning equipment.
• Party Room Users: Staff will give a 5–10 minute warning to start cleaning up.
Footwear & Food
• Indoor shoes or socks are required upon entering the building.
• No food or beverages (except water) allowed in the gym.
Waiting Area
• Groups should wait in the lobby (just inside the main doors) before the event.
• A staff member will escort you to your designated party area.
Kitchen Access
• Full kitchen access is available, including the fridge if needed.

Cleanup Responsibilities
• Groups must clean the party room before leaving:
• Wipe all tables
• Sweep the floor
• Leave the room in the same condition as when you arrived
• A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the room is not properly cleaned.

• Ensure your party stays in the designated areas only.
• Ensure all rules are followed and all spaces are cleaned before departure.
